Kaye Labs is the research and consulting side of the Celia Kaye brand that focuses on the intersection of bioethics and law. Our current projects include working with established companies to curate growth opportunities and to secure creative collaborations with our international network of leaders in government, business, and media.

About Our founder
Kaitlin Puccio is a contributor to Psychology Today, where she writes about the intersection of philosophy, psychology, bioethics, and law. She was formerly a regular contributor to The Huffington Post under the brand name Celia Kaye, as well as a ghostwriter for a bestselling author, financial journalist, and member of President Obama’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability. She has written for several additional publications, including The Guardian, Tuck Magazine, Forth Magazine, Chronogram Magazine, The Baby Spot, and MindBodyGreen. Her work has been translated into French, Italian, Finnish, Portuguese, Estonian, and Spanish.
Kaitlin is a lawyer and member of Meridian International Center’s Global Leadership Council, Global Women’s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN), The Foreign Press Association Fashion Group International, and the American Bar Association (admissions: New York and Washington, D.C.). Her academic background includes a BA in philosophy from NYU (minors: French, creative writing), an MS in bioethics from Columbia University, and a JD from Georgetown Law. She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine), is certified in mat Pilates, and was a Fellow at Georgetown Law’s Institute of International Economic Law for the 2018-2019 academic year.
Kaitlin is the author of two children’s books, as well as a forthcoming novel on artificial intelligence, and a book on the use of enhanced interrogation techniques. She has also written several film scripts, and her writing has won multiple awards. Her most recent article on tax law and energy policy was selected for publication in the American Bar Association’s The Tax Lawyer journal. She has also been published in the academic journal Voices in Bioethics, where she has written articles on the topics of identity, memory, Substance Use Disorder, brain stimulation technology, the philosophy of language, and prisoner treatment.

Meridian International Center is a non-partisan organization that works closely with the U.S. Department of State to strengthen diplomatic relations. The Global Leadership Council is comprised of leaders from both the public and the private sector.
What is Global Women’s Innovation Network?
GlobalWIN is a bipartisan network of executives in government, academia, and business who use innovation to contribute to key policy issues. The organization is co-chaired by Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Congresswoman Martha Roby (AL-02), and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23).
